Reporting Misconduct

We want to do what is right
Everyone at Nord Gas Solutions is expected to act responsibly, with integrity and honesty. We will maintain an open dialogue on ethical issues, internally and externally.
We encourage all employees, our external hires and any external third parties interacting with us, to raise concerns or report any suspected or potential breaches of law, our Code of Conduct or company policies.
How to report a concern
It is important for us to foster high ethical standards in all our business practices and everywhere we operate. As an employee of Nord Gas Solutions, you can report any concerns immediately to your leader, your leader’s leader, the HR department or to the Head of Legal & Compliance. Any report will be confidentially and securely handled.
If you are uncomfortable using these regular channels, the concern can be reported via the externally hosted Whistleblowing Channel. This channel allows for anonymous reporting.
When to use the Whistleblowing Channel
The Whistleblower Channel can be used to report a concern about something (an incident or activity) that is not in line with applicable law, our Code of Conduct or company policies.
- For workplace-related issues and complaints, we ask you to contact your line manager or the HR department.
- For Environment, Health and Safety related matters, we ask you to report via EcoOnline EHS app.
- For information security incidents, such as electronically made fraud attempts from outside Nord Gas Solutions, or for electronically attempts to obtain contact details of Nord Gas Solutions employees for fraudulent purposes, we ask you to report via EcoOnline EHS app, under “Security Event”.
About the Whistleblowing Channel
The Whistleblower Channel is hosted by an external party. It provides an opportunity to report suspicions of any misconduct or violation of our Code of Conduct or our policies. The Whistleblower Channel ensures confidentiality and protects the rights of both the reporter and the potential subject of a report. It enables two-way communication between the reporter and the company, and you have the option to remain anonymous.
By submitting a concern, you consent that your report is processed and investigated by Nord Gas Solutions.
