At Nord Gas Solutions, environmental responsibility is part of how we operate and deliver our solutions. We focus on reducing environmental impact both through the solutions we provide to our customers and through how we run our own operations.

We develop and deliver safe, reliable and efficient systems and lifecycle solutions for the gas value chain, supporting decarbonization and reducing environmental impact. Environmental considerations are integrated throughout the lifecycle of our solutions — from development and engineering to delivery, operation, and end of life.

We work systematically to identify and manage environmental aspects, including emissions, resource use, and the handling of materials and substances in our operations and supply chain. We are certified to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and customer requirements is a fundamental requirement. Environmental objectives are managed in line with other business priorities.

Through our management system and a focus on prevention and continuous improvement, we strengthen environmental performance and reduce risks.

Nord Gas Solutions continues to manage sustainability, including environmental, social, and governance topics, through its management system and QEHS framework under Mutares ownership. The company will be included in Mutares’ sustainability reporting from the 2026 reporting cycle.

We follow internationally recognised governance frameworks, in compliance with applicable EU regulations, and in line with the Mutares reporting framework. All sustainability data is collected and managed through dedicated internal processes, with accountability assigned to responsible leaders.
