Offshore Inert Gas Systems

Our inert gas generator system ensures the correct atmosphere in the cargo tanks and pipes to minimize the risk of explosion onboard FPSOs, FSOs and FSRUs.

Based on more than 50 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of inert gas generator systems, the systems are known for their high inert gas quality and overall reliability.

High efficiency, low maintenance costs, and easy and safe operation, in combination with minimum space requirements, are important features of the unique design. The systems can be installed on new builds or as retrofits for existing vessels.

Technical Data

The system may be delivered fitted on skid for outdoor installation or supplied in loose items for yard installation below deck.
The system may run on oil or gas and is normally delivered as dual fuel i.e. with fuel selector.
High grade materials are used for 20 years lifetime or more.
Cooling and scrubbing by use of seawater.
Any relevant capacities are available.
Compliant with the highest specification requirements.
